Corınne Butik Otel

The hotel is not open. Booked via Agoda a month ago, got charged, but the place was closed! Was able to reach agoda customer support chat with real person after a couple of AI messages and got refunded.

After prepaying a reservation for a deluxe room with a balcony through AGODA, guests who are supposed to check in find a closed hotel. Some guests are so upset that they broke the windows of the hotel ready to storm it. AGODA customer service is impossible to reach in any easy fashion. Not safe to wait there
